Returns & Shipping
Shipping
- Handling Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Preorders ship on or after their official release date. 
- Shipping Carriers: We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on speed, cost, and destination. 
- Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping is $4.99 for orders under $89. 
- Combined Shipping: Each additional item ships for $0.99 when combined in the same order. 
- Free Shipping: Orders over $89 ship free within the United States. 
- Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. 
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. 
- Address Issues: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, we can reship it once a correct address is provided. Additional postage may apply. 
- High-Value Orders: We may require signature confirmation on high-value orders. Shipping insurance is available upon request (additional fees may apply). 
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are shipped within the United States only. 
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package shows Delivered but is missing, or arrives damaged, contact support@collectorslocker.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and contents so we can help file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unopened items in original packaging. 
- Non‑Returnable: Opened trading card packs/boxes, broken factory seals, digital goods, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale. 
- Condition Notes (Collectibles): Cosmetic damage to retail packaging that does not affect contents or factory seals is not considered a defect. For graded/authenticated items, returns are limited to errors in order fulfillment. 
- Return Shipping: If the return is not due to our error, buyer pays return shipping. Use a trackable service. 
- Restocking Fee : A 25% restocking fee may apply to non‑defective returns. 
- Exchanges: When stock is available; otherwise a refund will be issued. 
- Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
